Growth strategy for B2B companies

A growth strategy that works on Monday morning.

Growth that lasts is never an accident. It is the result of deliberate decisions — about direction, processes and people. I work with teams in workshops, diagnose where growth can come from and build a plan that connects the business goal with everyday execution. Not a presentation. A plan with names, deadlines and numbers.

Rafał Antoszewski — Growth strategy

Who it is for

Recognise any of these situations?

Revenue has flatlined

The company hit a ceiling — 1, 5, 10 million — and has been circling the same number for two years. More effort produces the same result.

Every department has its own strategy

Marketing has one, sales has another, the board a third. Agreement in meetings, three directions in practice.

There is a strategy, but nobody uses it

There is a document from last year. Nobody remembers what is in it, and nobody makes decisions based on it.

Before a funding round, succession or expansion

You need an answer to “where will growth come from over the next 3 years” — one that an investor, a board and a team will buy.

How it works

Step by step. No surprises.

Weeks 1–2Diagnosis

Data, conversations with the team and with customers, business model, customer journey. I check where value is really created — and where it leaks.

Weeks 3–4Direction

Workshops with the leadership team: segments, value proposition, goals for 12–36 months. We decide what NOT to do.

Weeks 5–6System

The strategy translated into processes, roles, KPIs and a roadmap. Every goal has an owner and a measurable indicator.

BeyondImplementation

I work with the team on the first steps. Reviews every 2 weeks, corrections, accountability for the result.

Common questions about growth strategy

How is this different from a typical consulting-firm strategy?

By what remains when it is over. Not a slide deck, but a working system: goals with owners, processes and indicators the team uses every day. And by the fact that I stay for the implementation — I am accountable for whether the strategy works, not just for whether it looks good.

How long does it take to develop a growth strategy?

Diagnosis and design: usually 4–6 weeks. Implementing the first changes: another 3–6 months, as a retainer or interim engagement. For smaller companies we start with a two-week Health Check — often that is enough to know what to do.

Which companies is this for?

B2B companies from a few to a few hundred people — technology, services, manufacturing — that have a product, customers and revenue, but growth has stalled or become unpredictable. I don’t work with ideas at the “before the first customer” stage.

How much does it cost?

We start with a Health Check (from €3,700 net) or a one-day Growth Workshop (from €2,500 net). A full strategy project is priced after the diagnosis — then we both know what we are talking about. Details on the pricing page.
