Sales, marketing and service processes

Processes that scale together with the company.

In many companies processes emerge by accident — from habits and ad-hoc decisions. The result? Silos, duplication, frustration and results that depend on who happens to be at work. I help you see how you really operate, and redesign it so that every step leads to customer value — and can be repeated without heroics.

Rafał Antoszewski — Processes

Who it is for

Recognise any of these situations?

Results depend on people, not on the system

When the best salesperson leaves, 30% of the pipeline disappears. Nobody knows how they did it.

Leads get lost between marketing and sales

Marketing reports leads, sales says they are weak. Nobody knows where along the way they vanish.

There is a CRM, but nobody trusts it

The pipeline shows 4 million, 400 thousand closes. The forecast is guesswork.

Customer onboarding takes too long

Sales promised one thing, delivery ships another, the customer calls the CEO.

How it works

Step by step. No surprises.

Week 1Map of the current state

I follow a lead and a customer through the company. Conversations, CRM data, observation. What emerges is a map of how things are — not how they should be.

Week 2Bottlenecks

Where the process breaks, where it duplicates, where a decision waits a week. Losses priced in money, not adjectives.

Weeks 3–4Design

New processes with roles, gates, KPIs and standards. Tool and automation recommendations where they make sense.

BeyondImplementation

Workshops with teams, the first weeks under supervision, corrections. A process is ready when it works without me.

Common questions about processes

Which processes does this cover?

The whole commercial area: lead generation and qualification, the sales process, handover to delivery or customer success, service, retention and upsell. Where commercial processes touch operations or finance — I go there too.

Do you also implement tools, e.g. a CRM?

I design the process and the requirements, recommend tools and set up the working logic in the CRM with the team. I am not an integrator — if deeper configuration is needed, I work with your vendor or recommend a trusted one.

How long does it take to put processes in order?

Diagnosis and design: 2–4 weeks. Implementation: 1–3 months, depending on the number of teams. The effect in the pipeline usually shows after the first full sales cycle.

Won’t this end in bureaucracy?

A good process means less work, not more. If a step doesn’t create customer value or provide information for a decision — it goes. The measure is whether the team uses the process when nobody is watching.
