Scaling a B2B company

Growing fast is easy. Growing wisely — that is a project.

Scaling without foundations is chaos with a bigger budget. I diagnose the company’s readiness, identify bottlenecks and design a model that lets you grow — without losing quality, profitability or common sense. Because the difference between growth and scaling is simple: growth is more of the same. Scaling is more — without proportionally more cost, people and fires.

Who it is for

Recognise any of these situations?

You are growing — and starting to feel it

Revenue +40% year on year, but margin is falling, people are burning out and quality is starting to crack.

Before a funding round

The investor will ask how you will turn capital into predictable growth. You need an answer based on a system, not on enthusiasm.

Everything rests on people

A few people know everything. The rest wait for their decisions. When one of them leaves, the company goes back a year.

You want a system, not heroics

You are tired of firefighting. You want a company that grows while you are on holiday.

How it works

Step by step. No surprises.

Weeks 1–2Readiness diagnosis

Processes, structure, people, data, unit economics. Where will the company break when revenue doubles?

Week 3Map of barriers

A list of bottlenecks and risks with a price tag — what costs the most, what needs fixing first.

Weeks 4–6Scaling model

Processes, structure and KPIs designed for 2–3× the current scale. A roadmap with milestones.

BeyondImplementation

Retainer or interim — I drive the changes with the team until the system runs on its own.

Common questions about scaling

What is the difference between scaling and growth?

Growth is more revenue with proportionally more cost, people and problems. Scaling is more revenue with less than proportionally more of everything else. The first can be done with effort. The second requires a system.

When is it too early to scale?

When you don’t have a repeatable sales process and don’t know which customer segment is profitable. Scaling chaos gives you bigger chaos. Then we start with processes and customer journey, not with scaling.

Do you work with startups?

Yes, if they have product-market fit, customers and revenue. I have worked on the startup, scale-up and corporate side — I know what the same decision looks like at each of those scales.

How long does it take and what does it cost?

Readiness diagnosis: 2 weeks as a Health Check (from €3,700 net). Model design: 4–6 weeks. Implementation: a retainer (from €1,600 net/month) or interim, when you need someone to take responsibility.
